POSITION DESCRIPTION
Title: IT Support Technician

Reports to: Operation Manager, Managing Director

Location: Main office in Hamilton

Role Purpose

An ICT Support Technician maintains the computer systems and networks of all types by providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. Besides, installation and configuration hardware and software and solving technical problems is also the main responsibilities of an ICT Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities

The main tasks will include the design, development, installation, operation, testing, and problem solving of hardware and software.

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Advising users how to fix minor problems with computers, software or equipment
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
  • Monitoring equipment, computer systems or software to ensure best performance.
  • Prioritising and manage several open issues at one time
  • Documenting technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Testing new technology
Skills and Competencies
  • Technical degree or relevant certification
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • A technical, logical thought process
  • Problem-solving skill
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • An ability to prioritise and delegate
  • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus

Title: Senior SAP ABAP Developer

Reports to: Managing Director

Role Purpose

ASAP ABAP developer implements SAP projects and ensures SAP functionality. The main tasks include analysing current systems, documenting SAP processes, configuring SAP modules, testing the implemented system, and supporting end users.  

Key Responsibilities

Providing technical expertise on the overall planning, coding, implementation, testing and support. 

  • Manage design, development, and implementation of ABAP projects. 
  • Consulting with professionals from other departments and those working on specific SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD and BW to ensure consistent experience to the various users on the client’s side. Review and revise technical designs to meet ABAP project requirements. 
  • Writing the code using ABAP programming language based on the blueprint provided by the clients and performing regular tests on the usability of the code. Provide technical and functional guidance to other staffs. 
  • Manage/resolve incidents and enhancement requests for the assigned functional track. 
  • Conduct defect analysis and perform necessary fixes and enhancements. 
  • Assist in unit testing of ABAP programs. 
  • Review program codes and correct ABAP program errors. 
  • Develop technical specification and estimations for assigned project. 
  • Work in compliance with the programming and documentation standards. 
  • Recommend process improvements to achieve project goals. 
  • Ensure project completion within the allocated timelines and budget. 
  • Troubleshoot production problems in a timely manner. 
  • All other duties as assigned per business requirements. 
  • Considered highly competent in field of work and thus requires little to no direction and can provide technical guidance to peers 
Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Business Information Systems or equivalent. 
  • At least 10 years of working experience in a similar role. 
  • Experience ABAP programming and SAP modules. 
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Capability to work well in a team-based environment. 
  • Good time-management skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. 
  • Manufacturing and retail experience are advantages.

Title: Senior SAP BASIS Solution Architect

Role Purpose

As a Principal Solution Architect you will identify, understand, and define customer needs to then develop and maintain product demonstrations and materials. You will involve contributing to Basis Projects, maintenance and support and assist to architect best-in-class solutions.  

Key Responsibilities

Providing technical expertise on initiating/driving solution strategies, architectures and road maps for current and new customers as well as overseeing the solution delivery through to completion. 

  • Strong SAP experience in analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering SAP Technical Architecture Solutions on premise and public cloud. 
  • Plan and delivery design workshops, development & testing cycles for SAP S/4HANA transformation program. 
  • Good to have exceptional skills in Data Collection, Analysis and Representation. 
  • Essential to be capable of deriving an SAP Roadmap for the IT Landscape and provide technical inputs on Best Practices and Recommendations for IT Transformation and Digital Enablement. 
  • Essential to have experience in SAP Cloud Solutions with Real-Life Solutions involving SAP Hardware Sizing and SAP Landscape Designing. 
  • Architecting S/4HANA implementation and conversion. 
  • Must have strong knowledge on migrating and operating SAP on Azure / AWS/ GCP Public Cloud Infrastructure with a Platform as a Service model. 
  • Actively participate in the Technology and Operations teams providing technical expertise regarding SAP Basis innovations and projects. 
  • Expertise required on S/4HANA Conversion- minimum one end-to-end conversion. 
  • Experience in S/4HANA Conversion, OS/DB Migration, Installation, Patching, Upgrade, System Copy 
  • Experience in Designing, deploy and migrate the SAP system in on premise and on cloud. 
  • Provide oversight, mentorship, and guidance to junior consultants on the program. 
Skills and Competencies
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent work experience. 
  • At least 10 years of working experience in a similar role. 
  • Must demonstrate a complete understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Basis and Public cloud Infrastructure principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. 
  • Must have prior experience as a Solution Architect / Integration Manager. 
  • Must have 2- 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. 
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA innovation for latest releases. 
  • Self-direction to learn new systems and technology to effectively design end to end effective solutions. 
  • Able to take direction as well as capable of working with minimal supervision. 
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills. 
  • Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

Role Purpose

Business Analyst works on the improvement of the processes and systems for the organisations or projects. Research and analysis will be conducted to come up with solutions to business problems and to provide functional and technical analysis for functional, non-functional/technical, regulatory and user interface changes. 

Key Responsibilities

The main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.

  • Gathering business requirements and documenting 
  • Identifying, investigating, analyzing the business (client’s) process, procedure in the system application 
  • Providing solutions by identifying, evaluating the issues and inefficiencies in the system application for optimal usage and better system behavior for the business 
  • Working on the system using project management methodologies, techniques as and when required as per the project needs 
  • Supporting and providing functional solutions; testing and making changes in the system application and as when required 
  • Providing functional and technical specification as and when required 
  • Creating training documents, involving in training users and team as per the project needs and as when required 
  • Creating system application designs and specification using the existing data by applying various process techniques 
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems 
  • Handling the process and system application changes as a middleman between the client and the organization 
  • Conducting meetings and presentation to share ideas and findings
