About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both hands-on problem-solving and contributing to strategic insights through internal analytics. As a Senior BI Support Analyst, you will play a dual role:

• Externally: you’ll provide technical support and functional guidance on SAP BI (including SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud, and HANA-based reporting) to our consulting clients.
• Internally: you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our internal reporting dashboards, supporting data-driven decisions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

SAP BI Client Support

• Provide Level 2/3 support for SAP BI/BW systems, including incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Performance tuning of customers’ systems
• Perform issue tracking, documentation, and resolution.
• Housekeeping (data archiving, Checks of Early Watch Reports,…)
• Monitoring of SAP BW systems (data flows), proactive resolution/escalation

Internal Analytics & Reporting

• Support and maintain data models, queries, and reports in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Collaborate with functional consultants and client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Maintain and enhance internal business performance dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI, SAC, or Tableau. SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BO Analysis for Office, SAP Datasphere/Business Data Cloud.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Operations, HR, Finance) to define metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for internal reporting.
• Uptrain juniors

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a BI support or analytics role, ideally in a consulting or fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience with SAP BI tools (SAP BW, BEx Query Designer, SAP HANA views, and SAC, SAP Datasphere/Business Data Cloud).
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar modern analytics tools.
• Understanding of database systems and their architecture.
• Solid understanding of data governance and best practices in BI reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High level of responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• ABAP (debugging skills)

Nice to Have

• Experience in a consulting firm or supporting external clients.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics.
• Experience with Python, Excel Power Query, or other data transformation tools.
• German skills but not required.
• SAP Certified will be an added advantage.
• JavaScript (as we use it in our dashboard)

About the Role

An SAP Technology consultant provides advice and expertise on software integrations and deployment (on-premises and in the cloud). Besides, it is required to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with SAP technology.

Key Responsibilities

The main tasks will include the development and implementation of technical SAP solutions (on-premises and in the cloud).

• Develop and implement technical solutions/specifications
• Prepare sizing for new implementation/migrations
• Understand the implications of functional requirements for the SAP solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• An IT degree or similar.
• 5+ years of experience
• Excellent in English, both in written and verbal
• Knowledge of the architecture of SAP Systems
• Knowledge of SAP security architecture, principles, technologies and solutions
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP ALM
• User and Authorisation Concept
• Data Archiving
• Software maintenance, monitoring, and configuration
• Installing support packages, patches, hot-fixes and security notes
• Cloud infrastructure setup or cloud migration experience
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• A technical, logical thought process
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
• An ability to prioritise under a high workload
• Team player

About the Role

An SAP ABAP Developer supports implementing SAP projects and ensures SAP functionality. The main tasks include analysing current systems, documenting SAP processes, configuring SAP modules, testing the implemented system, and supporting end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical expertise on the overall planning, coding, implementation, testing and support.
• Manage the design, development, and implementation of ABAP projects.
• Consulting with professionals from other departments and those working on specific SAP modules such as SAP FI/CO, MM, SD and BW to ensure a consistent experience for the various users on the client’s side.
• Review and revise technical designs to meet ABAP project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Business Information Systems or equivalent.

• Capability to work well in a team-based environment.
