Uncomplicated coordination among SAP experts

Scope:

  • On-call service to guarantee the continuity of the SAP system landscape
  • Service is provided in the time between 20:00-08:00 CEST, corresponding to the daytime in New Zealand 06:00-18:00
  • The certified SAP technology experts can provide support in German if required

Technical requirements:

  • Necessary authorisations to access the systems
  • Guidelines for the expected activities
  • Database administration and application accesses

Types of connection:

  • Access can be set up either via:
    • VPN
    • Remote desktop
    • Or other tools like TeamViewer

Access coordination:

  • We offer on-call service with consultants who have several years of SAP Basis experience
  • Escalation levels are defined clearly in order to communicate with other service providers or to obtain permission
